Sarah and Jerry have been married for three years. They wanted to experience some fun and excitement before they decided to have children and so they deliberately constructed an extremely dynamic social life.
The basic issue, it needs to be underscored, is that virtually everything they do for excitement somehow includes drinking. For example, all of the happy hours, family get-togethers, dinner engagements, sporting events, and parties with friends they go to somehow include drinking.

One Monday evening while watching TV, Jerry and Sarah went through the channels and discovered an out-of-the-ordinary documentary about the signs of alcoholism.
